NORWALK, Conn. – The décor in the Norwalk Town Clerk’s Office changes monthly, Town Clerk Rick McQuaid said. Right now, it looks like he might be serving beverages but “it’s tongue-in-cheek that we’re waiting for a lot of things to take place in our office.”
Best office within City Hall for friendly service and decor!
More people in the world should celebrate..
Rick is a huge St. Patrick’s Day fan!
Kudos to the Town Clerks office for making work fun!

Is this really needed? A bit “tacky” for my taste and not to mention somewhat inappropriate for a City Hall office. Leave the decorations at home.
There’s an old Irish saying that there are more horses arses than there are horses. A perfect description for Mack. A true horses arse.
